If we can’t help you in your area, we will point you in the direction of where you can find help. We strive to take the stress and confusion out of wedding planning for you. You should enjoy your special day without worrying. Let us Create Your Perfect Day!

Creativity

Planning Elegance has a strong and creative backbone. All of us have very different and inspired backgrounds that contribute to our wedding coordination expertise. We believe that any wedding and special event coordinator needs to be highly involved in all aspects of the event and play a large role in new wedding ideas and wedding scenarios; being innovative with colors, décor, and space; having back-up plans constantly rolling through our minds (just in case); and being able to turn the client’s vision into a reality. We stand by our brides to provide them with multiple vendor options, themes, color scenarios, and ideas so that they have options and get inspired by us as well. No two weddings are identical – we can vouch for that!

Team Work

At Planning Elegance, we all work together on weddings. Regardless of whose going to be there on your wedding day, our whole staff knows when and where your wedding is. We all know a little bit about the couple and can put together resources for any client. The reason for this is so that you will always have someone readily available to help you and answer your questions. We are well known for our strong team work on event days and day-of-coordination due to the amount of time we have spent team-building and sharing details from past event experiences. We work together to create your perfect day!

Personality

Ask anyone who has already been through their wedding, “How many hours did you spend talking to your coordinator?” Answers vary, but every bride will tell you that the countless hours over the phone, in person, and hundreds of e-mails back and forth created a strong and trusting relationship between them and their coordinator. This is why we believe it’s important for you to meet the right person to work with on your wedding day. We like to learn about you and your significant other; we take the time to get to know you because it’s a vital step in getting along and being able to place your wedding into trusted hands. Take your pick from our great staff and see you who think you would fit with. Personality is important and you should feel like your wedding is in a trusted and responsible friend’s hands.

Sara Seto
Senior Wedding Intern

Sara has been interested in event planning since high school and has coordinated many events in different organizations which she has been a part of. She is currently finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as a 4th year at the University of California at Los Angeles. At UCLA, she is involved in the Pediatric AIDS Coalition, Cub Tours and Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She was able to intern the summer of 2011 for Planning Elegance and realized how much of a passion she has for wedding planning and cannot wait to be able to assist at more weddings! Sara’s favorite part of weddings is when the bride and groom walk down the aisle together after the ceremony as husband and wife. She loves all types of ethnic foods, but her favorite is Japanese. In her free time Sara loves watching movies, baking, and scrap-booking.

Veronica Sperry
Senior Wedding Intern

Veronica wants to become an event planner because it combines her loves of fashion and party décor. She has fun working for Planning Elegance and it hardly feels like a job. Veronica’s favorite part of all weddings is seeing the bride and groom together for the first time as husband and wife, and seeing how happy and excited they are to start their new lives together. Her weekend activities include reading wedding, cupcake, & fashion blogs, dancing hip-hop, and practicing yoga. She loves all the little details that go into a wedding, but most of all what the day signifies for the bride and groom.
