Food trucks are certainly the newest trend among food lovers around the country. There are many reality tv shows documenting this newest foodie craze and it seems like every tweet and status update we see these days is about some foodfest or new truck in town. Could it possibly be the newest trend in casual wedding food?

While it’s hard to imagine your beautifully dressed dinner guests waiting for the Kogi Truck outside an expensive hotel venue, hiring a couple of food and dessert trucks to your more casual wedding events would definitely be a unique catering solution. How about a dessert truck at your bridal shower? Or an Indian snacks truck at your Sangeet? Here are a couple of popular California trucks that might fit into your fun and lively wedding scene.

Definitely never thought of Food Trucks before for a wedding, but that would definitely be a different and unique way to go for your reception. It would definitely be a day everyone will remember just because no one has ever really thought about it.
