New Wedding Trends

Of course everyone has a different idea of what their perfect wedding day will be like, but for the most part couples like to do things that are new and different. Keeping up with some of the new wedding trends can give you ideas of things you like, don’t like, and the things you HAVE to have at your wedding celebration!
Photo Booths
A photo booth is a booth that your guests can enter and automatically take fun pictures in without a photographer. This is a wonderful way to entertain your guests and nowadays, photo booths are in high demand at weddings and special events. The reason for this is that all your guests want to take a bunch of photos of themselves all dressed up at your wedding, but your photographer is focused on you and your beau (of course), so this is an easy way to satisfy your guests at your wedding reception. In photo booths, people can add their own fun or cute effects like black and white (which is the most popular), sepia tones, or fun themes and backgrounds. Most photo booths allow your guests to print photos on the spot and take them home, the photo booth hosting company will also host the pictures online for you to check out after your wedding and get personalized memorabilia with those pictures!
Reception Bling!
Your reception decor is one of the most important aspects of this post-wedding ceremony celebration. Something that’s popped around frequently in reception decor is more and more bling. Aside from bright colors and catchy accent pieces, couples are moving more towards light-catching things that make the centerpieces or floral arrangements pop. The most popular is crystals on programs or place cards. Couples also like something shiny or glitzy in the centerpieces or on their favors.

Fun Portraits
Does anyone really enjoy standing around and posing for portraits in a wedding party or family picture at a wedding reception? Something fun and different are fun poses that you can try with your family and wedding party to lighten everyone up and get rid of those fake smiles. There’s the all too popular Charlie’s Angels pose with fingers in the shape of guns or how about a fun pose where everyone is laughing. There are poses in which everyone attempts to jump into the air at the same time and other fun poses with all the girls grabbing the guys’ ties or kissing them on the cheek. These fun portraits will add to your wedding day memories.
Bridal and Bridesmaids Hair Styles
Up-dos are always classic, however now-a-days brides are preferring something more casual, loose, and sexy. Loose, sexy curls with your hair half up is the best way to achieve this look. This hair style looks great with or without a veil and looks wonderful in pictures. The best thing about this hair style is that you can have a friend do it for you and you may not even have to pay a hair stylist, this can save you up to $100, which can be the cost of a wedding up-do.
